EVA products are often seen in our lives, such as the insoles of our sports shoes, such as the lining of our clothes, such as the lining of our toolkits, the inner lining of the packaged products, and so on, which have a EVA figure. EVA products are usually processed by foaming and then processed into products of different needs. So how is the EVA lining foamed?
1. take EVA material as base material, then add proper amount of foaming agent in EVA material, then heat and pressurize operation, then foaming.
2. when the temperature rises to the temperature that satisfies the decomposition of foaming agent, the foaming agent will release the gas for decomposition and release the foam.
3. if the foaming time is fast and the storage time is slow, the foaming requirements can be achieved through proper products.
EVA lined products can be processed by hot pressing, cold pressing and other methods, and widely used in industrial products, commercial products and daily necessities.
